Happy Birthday Dad

This has been a trying year for my family. Birthdays haven't really been the same. My dad did ask for a chocolatey chocolate cake though, so that's what I made him! I put a thick layer of chocolate frosting in between the layers of cake. I topped it off white white and blue crystal sprinkles. This cake was yuuummy! Side this with a scoop of vanilla soy ice cream and you're basically in heaven.
