Busy as Usual

So things have been busy in my land, and that's not going to change anytime soon! However, I'm still managing to make yummy vegan dinners and desserts.
Peanut butter swirl brownies and chocolate chip cookies are still favorites and commonly asked for. I'm always glad to make these as licking the bowl is quite delicious!

Aside from desserts, yummy foods as of late include homemade, baked spicy orange tofu and pizza!

My parents like to take Eddy and I out to eat at Fusion Pizza. If you're lucky enough to live near one I hope you've been indulging! They offer deilicious organic items including vegan dough, breadsticks, cheese, and a vegan/gluten free brownie! We jumped right in and devoured our meal before I could even think to get a picture. They're very friendly here, but I warn you, it's a hot spot for Friday nights.

As for the orange tofu, mmm. We devoured that too, no leftovers this time folks. The baking took longer than I'd hoped to get the texture that I wanted, so I may try doing it in a frying pan next time. But the marinade turned out great. Sided with some brown rice this was quite filling.
