Happy Vegan Easter

So for Christmas Eddy's mom got me a Betty Crocker Bake n' Fill Cake Pan. It's quite the handy pan!! This is the first time I used it. Everything was last minute so I did what I could with what I had. I decided on a chocolate cake inside a white cake.

Once baked and cooled you remove the inside pan. Then you frost the inside of the big cake, be generous. Then you remove the small cake from its pan and place it inside the big cake. Then using whichever plate or platter you can flip the entire cake onto the plate. From there decorate however you wish.

I can't wait to make filled cakes, ice cream cakes, etc. Yum!

Chocolate Delights

Trying to mix things up I made some chocolate cookies. I thought chocolate walnut would be yummy, and boy was I right. Once again, I was a fan of the batter, but the cookies were just as good!! I used walnut halves and pieces to finish these off. Next time I will use chocolate chips, these will be strictly for chocolate lovers ;)
